What we keep, and why

When you reserve: your name, mobile number, email address, party size, the menu you choose, and anything you tell us about allergies, dietary needs or the occasion.

When a card guarantees a booking: the last four digits and the card brand. The card number itself never reaches us — it goes directly to our payment processor.

When you visit: the date, the menu served, and notes our team keeps so we can host you better next time.

When you use the site: ordinary server logs, and the language you choose. We do not run advertising trackers.

To take and confirm your reservation, and to reach you if something changes.

To cook for you safely — an allergy noted once should not have to be repeated.

To guarantee a booking against a no-show, and to release that guarantee after you dine.

To recognise you when you return, which is the whole point of a counter.

Stripe and Airwallex handle card details and hold the card itself; we see only the brand and last four digits.

Resend sends our emails to you. Google holds the reviews you choose to leave publicly.

Vercel and Supabase host the site and its database, in and around Singapore.

Nobody buys this data from us. We do not sell or rent it, to anyone, ever.

Reservation records and visit history: while you remain a guest, and for up to seven years afterwards, which is what Singapore tax law asks of a restaurant.

Card guarantees: released after you dine, and deleted when the booking closes.

Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe, which any of our emails will do in one click.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days, as the PDPA requires.

Deleting everything means we can no longer honour an existing booking or a card guarantee, so we will say so before we act.
