How do you make a reservation?

Reservations can be made online via Chope. Same-day bookings are subject to cut-off times:
Lunch by 10:30 AM
Dinner by 3:00 PM

A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Please note that your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Question 3

How many seats and seatings are offered?

We are open daily, Monday to Sunday and offer one lunch and one dinner seating per day, with three time slots available:
Lunch: 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM
Dinner: 7:00 PM, 7:30 PM, 8:00 PM

Our counter accommodates 21 guests per seating.

To enjoy the full dining experience, please allow approximately 1.5 hours for lunch and 2.5 hours for dinner.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened menu experience. If you require a quicker dining experience, kindly contact the restaurant in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Question 4

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Guests may cancel their reservation within 72 hours in advance without any charges.

For cancellations, changes in party size, or no-shows made within 72 hours of the reservation, a full charge per diner will apply, based on the selected menu.

This policy also applies to guests who test positive for COVID-19 within the 72-hour window. Guests are encouraged to:
Find a replacement to attend the reservation in their place, or
Opt for takeaway* to be delivered on the day of the reservation to one location only, based on the menu price per diner.

*Please note that takeaway bentos will differ slightly from the in-restaurant dining experience.

Does the restaurant accommodate dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

With the meticulous care and preparation that goes into each dish, certain dietary restrictions may be difficult to accommodate.

Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements at least 72 hours in advance, especially for vegetarian, vegan, or kosher diets. We will do our best to make adjustments where possible.

A full restaurant buyout can be arranged, subject to availability.
