Arranged personally with the restaurant.
In conversation with you, the chef composes a menu for that evening alone — with the date, courses and price shaped around the experience. Should you leave the menu entirely in the chef's hands, a $500 menu will be composed around the season and the finest ingredients available.
For instance: hokkien mee with raw prawn, if that is what you would like.

EnquireWhat is fixed, what changes
The menu follows the season and the day’s catch, so no two weeks are alike. Constant is the intention, the sequence, and the seafood-forward heart of the counter. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may miss part of the menu.
Dietary & allergens
Our menu is built around sushi and seafood, raw and cooked. We cannot cater to vegetarian or seafood-free diets. Please share any dietary needs when you reserve; late requests may not be met.
What we pour
Chef Aeron is a certified sake sommelier (Kikisake-shi) and a WSET-qualified wine sommelier, and she chooses every bottle herself: grower’s Champagne, small-production wines, and crafted sake, each true to its origin and to the place it was made. Pairings are optional, and can be arranged when you reserve or at the counter.
